A Freaking Morning Miracle!!!

I want to share with you a daily routine that has and continues to SAVE MY LIFE!

I read a book called ‘The Morning Miracle’ over two years ago. Since then, I have practiced the morning routine hundreds of times… BUT there’s has been weeks and months where I don’t practice the discipline needed.

I can feel the difference in my life when I actually stick to this and get it done NO MATTER WHAT.

I can feel the tension and frustration with myself and those around me when I don’t do it!

You see, that’s the thing about life. We can stick to something for a couple days, weeks or even a couple months… BUT right when the reward is around the corner, we quit!

We let life get the best of us. We let other people, circumstances and being ‘busy’ take away our peace.

Isn’t that crazy?

I want to share and honestly feel like I HAVE to share this routine with you. I challenge you to 21 days of following this. I want to hear the testimony from you and the difference it makes in your life!

For all of you stay at home moms out there, I understand that you are feeling antsy, overwhelmed and a little bit like you might bust like a can of biscuits from time to time… it doesn’t have to be that way!

For all of you college students, I understand that you are consistently worrying about studying for a final and if you will be able to pass a class and work a part time job. You are feeling full of stress, overthinking it…  it doesn’t have to be that way!

For all of you dads out there, I understand the pressure of providing for a family. You are the life line, the food, the shelter and the resources. You may feel under pressure and a bit cloudy at times and maybe not all there with your family… it doesn’t have to be that way!

For all of you career focused boss babes and dudes, I understand that your job is extremely important to you, you want to perform at the top level and get that promotion but all you can think about is the ‘what ifs’ and the negative self doubt of not being enough… it doesn’t have to be that way!

You see, your thoughts are things!

So if you are full of anxiety, everyone around you will feed off of that. If you are full of worry, fear, depression.. whatever negative thought that you are going through, you are going to send out that energy to those around you and REALLY be affected.

Commit to YOURSELF! Period.

Start a routine that is for yourself and about yourself!

I prefer to practice my routine in the morning because it sets the tone for the day but if that doesn’t work for you, just get it in ANY TIME! Once a day for you. Lock yourself in the bathroom or in the car, whatever it takes.

Start with 1 minute for each of these because who can’t do something for ONE minute. Once you master it, increase it to 5 minutes for each and then eventually 20 minutes for each and so on!

Here I share my daily SAVERS!!!!

I try to spend a minimum of 5 minutes each on these!

I want YOU to feel the difference. The peace, the calm and the clarity that it brings me!

S- Silence. Spend some time to get quiet. It’s a busy world. Use five minutes to meditate, to listen to the sound of nothing!

A- Affirmations. Once you believe it, you can begin to achieve it! An example of this, let’s say you are having marriage problems, then you can have an affirmation statement that says ‘I believe my marriage is full of love and abundance’ & eventually you and your spouse will begin to believe in that. Another example is if you are working on becoming healthier you could say  ‘I believe that my optimal health is around the corner.’

V- Visualization. Visualize and imagine what you want your life to be like. Spend time in gratitude for the things you are grateful for and then visualize what life would be like when you hit certain milestones. Maybe even start your vision board?

E- Exercise. I know, I know… YOU CAN DO IT THOUGH. Literally some mornings, I will do 15 jumping jacks and 15 setups. It doesn’t have to be much but just get your body moving. Release the dopamine first thing in the morning so you are feeling alert and focused.. and of course happy (:

R- Read. Whatever it is. Read 5-10 pages. Devotional, personal development book, a book for leisure, just read some words that make you happy and excited for the day!

S- Scribe. (Write/Journal) Whatever is on your mind, write about it. Don’t think too hard just feel it out.

Start this as your new morning routine, message me if you want accountability! This is for everyone! It will make a difference in every way possible. Moms, dads, students, career focused folks,  single gals and guys and married folks.. whatever and whoever you are, you and everyone around you will benefit from this daily routine!
